342nd Flying Tigers Member Ranks
5 Star General: The 5 Star General is responsible for leading the 342nd, making sure that our team has the tools and resources necessary to function cohesively as a group, and adheres to our core values. |
General Chief of Staff: Responsible for electing and managing all team leaders and memberships. Will act as an advisor for team leaders throughout our organization. Will assure team member issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of all resolutions until resolved accordingly. This Officer is also responsible for assigning gaming server administrators. |
Lieutenant General: Responsible for creating and enforcing rules within our organization. This Officer will work directly with our General Chief of Staff to assure all members are informed, and abide by these set of rules, guaranteeing a fair and hostile free environment for all members of our team. |
Major General: Responsible for researching and documenting all awards issued to members of our team. This officer will nominate members to be issued awards, and present these nominations to our General Chief of Staff for affirmation. This Officer will announce the award(s) at the first meeting of each month. |
Colonel: This Officer is responsible for documenting team meeting minutes and presenting the document(s) to our General Chief of Staff to be archived for later reference. This Officer will be responsible for moderating our web forum and voice communication services. |
Lieutenant Colonel: This Officer will assist our Colonel in his official duties. |
1st Lieutenant: This Officer will seek teams or leagues to compete against. The 1st Lieutenant will schedule events based off the availability set forth by our team. This Officer will also help promote our team through Social Media channels that we participate in, including but not limited to; Twitter and Facebook. |
2nd Lieutenant: This Officer will assist our 1st Lieutenant in his official duties. |
1st Sergeant: This member has precedence over the Master Sergeant, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Master Sergeant: This member has precedence over the Staff Sergeant, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Staff Sergeant: This member has precedence over the Sergeant, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Sergeant: This member has precedence over a Corporal, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Corporal: This member has precedence over a Private First Class, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Private First Class: This member has precedence over a Private, and can volunteer to exercise his authority over lower ranking members in participating in organized team events, such as team competitions. This member must follow any lawful direction issued by his superior Officer(s). |
Private: This is the entry level membership. Any member who holds this rank is immediately placed on a 30 day probationary period, and will not advance in rank until authorized by our General Chief of Staff. This member is not restricted from competing in team events, but will follow our sonority guidelines. |
