342nd Flying Tigers Member Awards

 The Command Staff of the 342nd are proud to honor our members for game achievements, dedication, and character related to team participation, and performance. Below you'll find many of our awards that are issued by our Command Staff during the first scheduled team meeting each month. Members will have these awards displayed on their individual players page.

 Awards can be earned both on and off the battlefield, so members are encouraged to always have their best on display.

 Awards are issued by our Command Staff through personal observations and recommendations by other team members.

ACTIVE DUTY Member has achieved Active Member status on our team.	SPECIAL FORCES Member has achieved Special Forces status on our team.	1 YEAR ACTIVE DUTY Member has been active for a continuous 12 months.	TEAM MATCH PLAY Member has participated in one or more scheduled team challenges.	TOP PLAYER AWARD Member achieved the #1 ranking at the completion of a scheduled team challenge.
BF 1942 EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 1942 team challenge.	BF 1942 DCF EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 1942 DCF team challenge.	BF VIETNAM EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield Vietnam team challenge.	BF 2 EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 2 team challenge.	BF 3 EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 3 team challenge.
BF 4 EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 4 team challenge.	BF 1 EXPERIENCE Member has experience in participating in at least one round of a Battlefield 1 team challenge.	FOUNDERS RIBBON Member is one of the "Original 6" 342nd Flying Tigers.	TOP RECRUITER Member has recruited at least three active members to our team.	TEAM COMMUNICATION Member has been recognized for having excellent communications on and off the Battlefield.
BRAVERY Has sacrificed oneself on more than one occasion to achieve a team goal while participating in a team challenge..	1.0 KDR AVERAGE Member has an average KDR of 1.0 or better with a minimum playing time of 200 hours.	FORUM ADMIN Member has actively served as a Forum Admin for at least three months.	SERVER ADMIN Member has actively served as a Server Admin for at least three months.	WEB ADMIN Member has actively served as a Web Admin for at least three months.
SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN Member has actively served as a Social Media Admin for at least three months.	DONOR AWARD Member has contributed to help maintain our team related communication or gaming servers.	TEAM DEDICATION Member has demonstrated a strong dedication to our team, with a minimum service time of one year.	MOST VALUABLE PLAYER Member who achieved the top position of a scheduled team challenge that had a significant impact on the outcome of the game.	TOP ATTENDANCE Member attends 100% of scheduled team meetings over a 6 month period.
