Thank you for your interest in 342nd Flying Tigers. We are
presently recruiting so we would like to give you the opportunity to enlist with
the 342nd. Before you do please make sure you read and understand our
Tournament Rules posted at our R.O.E.
& R.O.C. section before you
continue. We do not want anyone in the 342nd
to hurt or damage our reputation. A high level of sportsmanship during
gameplay will be enforced. We are specifically
looking for members who will be able to practice, attend
meetings, and participate in casual/organized gaming as much as possible. You must be at least
18 years of age or older
to enlist.
Members may be required to pay
$X.XX
a month toward our Team Speak & FPS Server after their
90 Day Probationary Period
if such servers exist.

Enlistment Form will appear
for you to fill out. Once you submit the form, our Recruitment Officer will
review your application with the other Administrative Officers.
Upon reviewing your
application you will be contacted via e-mail to verify your e-mail address
and further directions thereon. Please be sure to enter your correct e-mail
address. If you fail to respond to our email in a timely manner your
application was be dismissed.
At this point we will require you to join our Team Speak Server and
participate in casual game play with the team. We will be evaluating your
communication skills, team play, and demeanor. You'll find us playing mostly
after 9:00 PM E.S.T. through the week and about anytime of the day during
the weekend.
If accepted
into the 342nd, you will be
given your final instructions. A 90 Day Probationary Period is place
on all new recruits beginning on your Enlistment Date. As a new
recruit you will be evaluated by our Administrative Officers over the next 90
days. Everything from forum post, behavior on the battlefield,
attendance etc.. will be monitored. Any new recruit
that shows a pattern of unethical behavior will be removed immediately from
the 342nd.
Please understand, unless you are known as a
"troublemaker" at our gaming communities, we see no reason why you
would not be given a chance to join the 342nd. Believe me, we are not perfect angels ourselves, but we do
want to maintain a high level of fair, ethical, and honest game play. Thanks again, we hope to hear from you soon.
